June 2026 PM Jobs Report: A modest dip, strong YoY
After May’s modest rebound, the PM job market cooled slightly in June. The month-over-month move is small, but the underlying mix is more interesting — especially hybrid’s continued strength on a YoY basis and leadership’s ongoing outperformance.

Work environment trends
On-site: The steady base case
On-site roles were nearly flat, down just 0.4% month-over-month, and remain up 2% year-over-year. On-site continues to be the dominant model globally.
Hybrid: Pulls back but leads YoY
Hybrid listings fell 6.2% in June, the sharpest monthly move of the three, but remain the clear standout on a yearly basis at +32% year-over-year.
Remote: Down month, modestly up year
Remote roles dropped 5.7% month-over-month but are still up 2% year-over-year. Remote remains the most volatile category, so supply can shift quickly.
