Terms of service, plugins

These terms apply to James Gunaca's ChatGPT plugins ("the plugins"), provided by Coach James Gunaca Limited ("we" or "us"). By using a plugin, you agree to these terms.
1. What the plugins do
The plugins help Product Managers with their job search, for example finding target companies. Some features are only for current clients of our programs.
2. Client features
Client features are available while you're an active member of our client community. When your membership ends, the plugin goes back to the free version.
3. No guarantees
The plugins use AI. Results can be incomplete or wrong, so please check anything important before you act on it. The plugins give career guidance, not legal, financial or other professional advice. We can't guarantee interviews, offers or any specific result.
4. Using the plugins fairly
Please don't:
try to access client features without being a client,
share your login with other people,
try to break, overload or copy the plugins,
use them for anything illegal.
5. Our content and yours
The methods, frameworks and instructions behind the plugins belong to us. Please don't copy or resell them. What you write stays yours, and you can use the results for your own job search.
6. ChatGPT
You use the plugins inside ChatGPT, so OpenAI's terms also apply. We're not responsible for how ChatGPT itself works.
7. Changes
We may change, pause or stop a plugin, and we may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a plugin's results. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
